SUMMARY
What happens when famous Disney characters want to put on a musical of their own? This is your chance to sing and dance, not just as Disney characters, but also as some of your favorite RTAA instructors and volunteers! "Lost in Les Mis" is an RTAA Summer Camp Classic!
RTAA’s summer theatre camps are designed to bring a fun musical theatre experience to your summer, culminating in an exciting performance at the end of each camp! Students will learn theatre skills like voice, movement, improv, musical training, and much more! Each student will have a speaking role, be involved in multiple songs and dance routines, and participate in behind the scene production activities!
We will perform our musical on Saturday, June 27th at 2:00pm for family and friends to enjoy and celebrate all we have learned! Tickets will be available for purchase on our website for $8.
Our campers will be responsible for some minor self-costuming for the show, which may require some help from parents. Our goal is to make this as easy as possible and we always recommend just using what you have at home. It is not necessary to go out and purchase costume items unless you want to.
CAMP POLICIES
Pink Slips: Occasionally, problems may arise so we have a pink slip (written warning) policy. If a student is endangering themselves or others or is acting in an inappropriate manner, they may receive a pink slip. If a student receives three pink slips, they may be asked to leave the camp without a refund.
Refund Policy: There will be a $20 service fee for all refunds BEFORE the first day of Summer Camp. If you no longer wish to participate in the camp after the first day of camp has concluded, you may receive a prorated refund as long as you notify staff by 11:59pm of the first day. No refunds will be given after the first class. NO EXCEPTIONS will be given for this policy.
